Exhortation :

Victory over anger is possible through Christ. The Bible instructs us not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good. This calls for intentional spiritual discipline—choosing God’s way even when emotions are intense (Ephesians 4:26).

Responding with good requires inner strength and spiritual awareness. It means refusing to repay hurt with hurt, and instead allowing God’s nature to be expressed through you. Even in provocation, your response can become a channel of grace and transformation (1 Peter 2:23).

Living above anger also demands sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. He prompts you in the moment—guiding your tone, your words, and even your silence. Yielding to Him enables you to respond with clarity instead of reacting impulsively, helping you maintain inner peace and reflect Christ well to others.

Make it a daily decision to walk in victory. Guard your atmosphere, feed your spirit with truth, and stay rooted in prayer. As you consistently yield to God, you will grow in freedom, stability, and dominion over anger.

Prayer Nugget : Father, grant me victory over anger; help me to overcome evil with good in every situation, in Jesus’ name.
