Text : Ephesians 4:31–32

Author : Pastor Adedeji Fadehan

Exhortation :

Love is the antidote to anger. The Bible instructs us to put away anger, wrath, and malice, and to be kind and forgiving. Love covers offenses and chooses grace over reaction (1 Corinthians 13:5).

When you walk in love, you become slow to anger. You see people through the lens of grace and understanding. Love enables you to forgive quickly and move forward (Colossians 3:13).

Anger holds on to offenses, but love releases them. It frees your heart and keeps your spirit light. Walking in love protects your peace and your destiny.

Choose love daily in your interactions. Let kindness and forgiveness define your responses. As you walk in love, anger loses its hold on you.

Prayer Nugget : Father, fill my heart with love; help me to forgive and walk in kindness always, in Jesus’ name.

Bible in One Year : 1 Chronicles 24–26
