Exhortation:

Prayer is one of the greatest weapons God has placed in the hands of His children. Though we live in the natural world, our battles are ultimately spiritual, and they cannot be won by human strength alone. The believer’s authority is exercised through fervent prayer, unwavering faith, and complete obedience to God’s Word. Heaven moves when God’s people pray according to His will.

Psalm 33:10–11 says, “The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought… The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever.” No conspiracy, evil agenda, or satanic counsel can prevail against God’s eternal purpose. As we pray, God frustrates the plans of darkness and establishes His own counsel in our lives, families, churches, and nations.

Our weapons are not carnal but “mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds” (2 Corinthians 10:4). Through prayer, we demolish arguments, cast down every imagination that opposes God’s truth, and bring every thought into obedience to Christ.

The forcefully advancing Kingdom is built by believers who pray with authority, stand in obedience, and refuse to allow strongholds to remain where Christ has already given them victory.

Prayer Nugget: Father, let every evil counsel concerning my life be brought to nothing, and let Your perfect will stand. Through the power of prayer, pull down every stronghold resisting Your purpose, and help me to walk in complete obedience to Christ, in Jesus’ name.
