Text : Proverbs 18:16

Exhortation :
Problem solving is a great leveler in life, lifting a man above background and limitations. The scripture says, “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men” (Proverbs 18:16). When you carry solutions, your past and disadvantages lose relevance. Value will always command honour, recognition, and access to greatness.
Joseph moved from prison to the palace because he carried a divine solution. Pharaoh testified, “Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?” (Genesis 41:38). In a moment, a forgotten prisoner became indispensable to a nation. Your present condition does not limit what God can do through you.
Jephthah, though rejected and cast out, was later sought out in a time of crisis. They said, “Come, and be our captain” (Judges 11:6), because he had what they needed. David also rose from obscurity, for “David… played… so Saul was refreshed” (1 Samuel 16:23), and later conquered Goliath declaring, “The battle is the Lord’s” (1 Samuel 17:47). A single solution can rewrite your destiny.
Therefore, invest in your walk with God, for “it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do” (Philippians 2:13). Live holy, pray fervently, and study the Word diligently for divine insight. As you also develop relevant skills, you position yourself as a solution carrier. Soon, your gift will speak for you and announce you to the world.
Action Nugget : Identify a problem around you today and take a deliberate step toward providing a solution, no matter how small.
