Text: Joshua 21:45
Author: Pastor Adedeji Fadehan
Exhortation:
God is a promise-keeping God. Scripture declares that not a single word spoken by the Lord ever fell to the ground; every promise He made was fulfilled in its time (Joshua 21:45). This assures us that God’s integrity is unquestionable and His Word is dependable.
However, inheriting God’s promises often requires faith and patience. The journey between promise and fulfilment can test endurance, but God remains faithful to what He has spoken. When we hold fast to our confession without wavering, we position ourselves for manifestation, knowing that He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23).
God is actively involved in bringing His Word to pass. He watches over His promises, ensuring that none returns void. Delays may occur, but delay never cancels destiny. According to Jeremiah 1:12, God hastens His Word to perform it, even when circumstances suggest otherwise.
As this year unfolds, live with expectation and confidence. God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. Every word spoken over your life will surely come to pass (Numbers 23:19). Stay aligned, stay believing, and watch God fulfil His promises.
Prayer Nugget: Father, let every promise you have spoken over my life find fulfilment this year, in Jesus’ name.
Bible in One Year: Leviticus 11-13
