Text: Psalm 65:11-13
Author: Pastor Adedeji Fadehan
Exhortation:
The New Year does not begin empty; it begins crowned. The Psalmist declares, “Thou crownest the year with Thy goodness” (Psalm 65:11). This means 2026 is already decorated with divine favour, abundance, and intentional blessings. What God crowns cannot be cursed, and what He ordains cannot be reversed.
God’s goodness is not confined to holy places alone; it overflows into the paths we walk daily. The Scripture says His paths “drop fatness” (Psalm 65:11), meaning every step taken under divine direction releases provision and progress. Even ordinary journeys become channels of extraordinary supply.
The wilderness rejoices and the pastures are clothed because God speaks fruitfulness into barren places (Psalm 65:12–13). Hills, valleys, and fields respond to His command with increase and joy. As this year unfolds, every dry area of your life shall receive heaven’s rain.
The fields shout for joy and sing because God’s goodness produces visible testimony (Psalm 65:13). This year will not be silent concerning you; it will speak in blessings and breakthroughs. May 2026 respond to you with praise, increase, and undeniable evidence of God’s hand.
Happy New Year!
Prayer Nugget:Father, as You have crowned this year with Your goodness, let every step I take in 2026 release increase, fruitfulness, and joy, and let every dry place in my life respond to Your divine abundance, in Jesus’ name.
