A Second Touch

Date: Tuesday, 8th July, 2025

Text:  Mark 8:22-25

Author: Pastor Adedeji Fadehan

Exhortation:

This second half of the year, I pray for you that the Lord will complete what he has started in your life. In today’s text, the Lord came to Bethsaida, where some people brought a blind man to him and begged him for a divine touch. Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village.

After spitting on the man’s eyes, Jesus placed his hands on him and asked him, “Can you see anything?” The man looked up and said, “Yes, I can see people, but they look like trees walking around.” Jesus again placed his hands on the man’s eyes. This time the man looked intently, his eyesight returned, and he saw everything clearly.” Mark 8:22-25

I don’t know how the first half of this year has been. You probably have experienced the move of God in some way but things are still not as good as you expect. I encourage you to be hopeful. Just like the man in today’s text, what you need is a second touch from the lord and he will settle your case.

He will touch you one more time and things will begin to realign in your favour. The lines will fall for you in pleasant places and your joy will be full in Jesus name.

Prayer Nugget: Father, please, touch me one more time and let things work perfectly in my favour in Jesus name.
